Cheyanna in Alabama
Bridal Portraits #2

There was a hurricane passing just North of us, so it was a cloudy and stormy day. But I had such a blast getting to photograph the lovely Cheyanna at Lake Martin near Montgomery, Alabama. I decided to break things up from the normal SoCal vibe and this is the second set in a series of Alabama Bridal portraits I have been working on. The fun part is I decided just to run with it rain or shine no matter what happens. That’s the fun of portrait photography, you can make beautiful images no matter the weather or time of day.

I LOVE so many of the photos from this session. It’s always such fun stepping outside the box to see what you can come up with….including jumping in the lake wedding dress and all. It reminded me a little bit of the series of underwater bridal portraits I did a number of years ago.
