As I tip toed in the door of the Herr home, I felt all the eager excitement a new baby brings. The warmth of their home, the beautiful Christmas tree that greeted me, and the knowledge that a 3 week old snuggly baby had just arrived filled my heart with joy and my face with smiles.

Congratulations Stephen and Jessica! Sweet Elin is just perfect and it was truly an honor to capture your family at this special season of your lives. Blessings to baby and your family <3

Elin is just three weeks old. She is starting to smile more and more. I also love her sleepy stretches. This week she smiled (….a non-gas related smile) at my husband when he came home from work and that was a really special moment. We love holding her and talking to her and watching every little thing she does!

Jessica is awesome in every way! She is patient and loving with me and Elin. 

I love Stephen’s excitement over having Elin in our lives and his eagerness to care for our daughter and for me.
